The REWARDS Program may be terminated by Boscov's at anytime,
with or without notice. Boscov's reserves the right to limit, modify,
delete or otherwise change any of the rules, terms and conditions,
benefits, or reward levels pertaining to the REWARDS Program at its
sole discretion, with or without notice. All interpretations of these
Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Boscov's,
whose decision will be final.
Note: You will receive your Boscov's GiftCard Certificate in
the amount of your rebate to be used toward your next Boscov's
Credit Card purchase. REWARDS Certificates are valid for Boscov's
merchandise only. They are not redeemable for cash and may not be
applied as payment or credit to your Boscov's Credit Account. Account
must be in good standing throughout the promotion and must be open
when the REWARDS Certificate is issued. Finance Charges do not qualify for rebates. Business accounts are excluded.
