Poor product
The bottle capacity is very small. They can hold enough liquid to fill the cover 1.5 times. Also I noticed that one is already rusted on the inside. As for keeping stuff hot or cold, it does so for about 3 hrs. I would definitely not recommend this product. When the bottles are in the holder they turn the bag tilts. The zipper on the bags are also not of the best quality.
