The design of the product is great.
The ordering was very easy and the customer service was very good. the package arrived in the estimated timeframe and the style and color was what I expected, however the valances has horizontal pleats in them and the pleats were sewn uneven and due to the lightweight fabric...it was very unsightly once the were hung at the windows. The flaws were undeniable and I would not purchase this product again. The sample in the store did not show or have any of these flaws.

the valances were all different lengths. We had to return items twice before we found matching items.(and they are still off slightly)
See above comments regarding length and neccisity of two returns and repurchse
