Product comes completely unassembled Product was next to impossible to assemble by one person. Very heavy and awkward for one person. Sides had to be held while assembling back panels or they collapse under their own weight. looks good after but a bear to put together!!!! Also we recieved e-mail saying we would get a phone call regarding delivery date and time when they were in the area......came home from work and UPS left it by our door in a box. All in all I still like it. February 25, 2012
