This product is exactly what we needed.
We moved earlier this year and the Vareen Jacobean print scallop valances are perfect for the windows in our home. They are made with a nice quality fabric and were made in the USA.
The only negative thing I would say is that the stitching is large and was not reinforced at the ends. So I ran a new set of stitches (smaller ones and with a back-stitch at the beginning and end) on top of the existing ones so that it would not rip out when I inserted the curtain rod.
We purchased curtains for our old house from Boscov's years ago and were very pleased with them too.
