I really like these little choppers. I teach a culinary arts program and these little choppers are easy to use and easy to clean.
The only negative is that the blades are very thin and with extensive hard teenager use they will bend and break. If I could I would purchas a dozen for future use as it is only available to me as a mail ordered product
