Lace is pretty on it. I bought 3 of them because I have a triple window. They are really pretty over the blinds that I have on the window. Where the valances meet up on the window I don't like the hang part as I think they should be shorter and would look better when the balloons are tied up. I tied them up tight because I wanted them shorter and maybe that is why they look like that. March 13, 2013
