cute boot; mushroom definitely a brown; not the light color pictured
I bought both black and mushroom because the price was so good. I had hoped the lighter colored boot was light, as shown. It is definitely a chocolate brown, not even a "mushroom", which to me would be more like a taupe color. I will send the brown boot back because the suede fabric of one boot has separated from the underlying fabric in wrinkles and 'crackles' when you try to smooth it. This boot was like this when I opened the box. I haven't worn either boot. They feel comfortable enough but, like I said, I have not worn them at all other than to try them on.
Will wear them w/ leggin's or skinny jeans

stylish & comfy
I saw these boots and said "oh, they are meant for my skinny pants/jeans..." They ran true to size and I am able to walk around all day long at work without wishing I could take them off! I got several compliments and found they "work" with my work pants as well as my jeans....

LOVE!!
I bought these in the mushroom color..loved them so much had to have the black. Im short so the wedge heel adds a bit of height but with comfort. Run true to size, but you may want to size up atleast a half if you will be wearing thicker socks. Im very impressed at how the faux fur holds up after wearing them through snow/rain. Gonna have to grab 2 more one of each color again because by the time our winter is over, I will have worn them out and want to have a fresh new pair at hand just for wearing with skinny jean even in the spring or summer. Great look and great price.
