this is a great light
I bought this earlier in the year because our power was out for 10 days and we had to fumble with flashlights. A few month later the power was out again for several days and we used the brooklyn lantern. Since them I use it daily when I go to the barn at 4:30 am.
It puts out a lot of light and is safe for being in a barn full of hay and around children. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in fact I bought several more to give as christmas presents

Not a bad product.
I purchased this product because of the TV ads. The light is good but does not light the entire room as said in the ad.

Better than a flaslight
The light it self was bright and the handle made it easy to use. Tin material was a little flimsy but I guess that'ts what keeps it light weight . Nice to leave out somewhere as opposed to looking for a flashlight when needed. Bought 4 all total.

This product really shines.
Nice little lamp and easy to carry with the attached handle.
It gives good bright LED light, so forget the candles and get
this lantern.
