It works very well in most cases...
I've been using mine for a few months. It works well, even if you have a case on your phone. It's even strong enough to hold my iPad mini.
It does seem the suction cup could be stronger for mounting on the windshield. It might hold on to the dash disc better, but I don't want to put that sticky disc on my dash, then worry about trying to get the residue off later. It seems to mainly have trouble staying on the windshield during cold weather.
I've spent much more money on mounts that were far less versatile. Even they have trouble staying on the windshield at times.
You're better off buying these from a place like Boscov's for $10.99 each. The "B1G1" offer on TV and their website ends up costing you more than $22 after you're forced to pay a crazy amount for "... just pay separate processing & handling" nonsense.

Doesn't stick to window
Bought the GripGo from "As seen on TV" store. It great except it won't stay on the glass. The sticky part for the phone is great, the swivel is great, but I can't mount it to my window. It won't mount, just drops off. I tried wetting, cleaning the glass. I compared it to my other mounts for my GPS units and not sure why this won't stick but it won't. The others work great. I would not recommend this unless they fix this portion of the product.

Dissatisfied
I am disappointed with this product. I purchased two of them and both have problems remaining on the windshield even after cleaning it well. Great idea and if I could get them to work I would use them.
