This product has excellent features. My husband and I enjoy our cup of coffee so much better with this product. We have hard water where we live, so I started buying my water for this coffeemaker. Tired of going thru so many coffeemakers. Hopefully this coffeemaker will last a lot longer than previous ones I've purchased. February 15, 2012

WARNING, DO NOT BUY Four years ago I purchased this coffee maker. It started leaking water soon there after. I had it replaced twice In four years. I had three of this same model and each one leaked from the bottom. Gave Up. Ordering a different brand. February 5, 2012

Good quality, fast brewing, easy pouring. I bought one for myself after having a few different makers, that last maker I had was terribly slow and I always made a mess pouring the coffee. This maker is fast, easy to program for morning readiness and never a spill. I love it. I also purchased one for my mother in law, who has Parkinson's and is electronically challenged and she loves it too! September 29, 2011
