The set that I received was dirty - probably had been worn.
The neck tie had a black smudge and a spot, and the bow-tie appeared to have a make-up smudge. I am returning it and getting a different white vest that is all white.

The vest is good, but ensure to double stitch buttons!
The vest are really good for formal events, or just to add some color to your tux. The fit comfortable but you have to watch those buttons. If you order the vest, ensure to double stitch the buttons. Good vest though, and are really inexpensive. Remember watch those buttons.
