Sits comfortably across back, shoulders, and neck
I've shared this Sunbeam product with physical therapists and they are grateful due to their high volume of requests for just such an item! Easy to plug in with 4 heat settings, a strong magnetic front closure to prevent slipping off, and so soft! I look forward to starting my day with this cozy warmup!

Perfect!!!
Just what I needed. It's even better than I expected. It's a lot more than advertised in size, comfort, and more control of heat without going off automatically every couple of hours like most heating pads. This one stays on for 4 hours without going off automatically. It fits past the shoulders and goes below the shoulder blades for complete comfort. It would make a perfect gift for a loved one that has arthritis of the shoulders or tension in the neck and shoulders. Highly recommend.
