Never worked and TERRIBLE customer service!!!
I wish I could give this product 0 stars! We received this as a wedding gift in October and when I went to go use it for the first time to make Oreo truffles as a Christmas gift in December- it didn't even work! I thought I was in luck since it said there was an 18 month warranty on the box...WRONG!! The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful from the start. Did one test to trouble shoot and then immediately told me I needed to ship the product (at my own expense) back to the warehouse along with a $10 check for shipping....excuse me? I could order a brand new one and not have to pay that much in shipping! Heaven forbid I get another faulty product and have to repeat the process! Safe to say I will never buy another cuisinart product again!

Best chopper ever - I've had it for a couple of years and use it all the time!
It's the perfect size for small jobs. I also use it for quick batches of bruschetta and pesto. Just toss it in the dishwasher for easy clean-up.
