FANTASTIC
I have a haan professional steam cleaner that I normally use HOWEVER MY little dirt devil does a GREAT job for in between maintenance cleaning!! I have used a Shark steam cleaner and it leaves my floors sticky whereas the Dirt Devil does not cause that problem. IT is so easy to use and very efficient that my 12 year old daughter can use it and still do a good job, she likes it better then a mop and bucket or swiffer wet mop and so far it has out lasted all the others for maintenance cleaning!! Am considering buy my dad one to replace his shark cleaner, right now he is testing it and I will know shortly. I have had mine for at least 6 months and used often, still as good as day I bought it !!! WILL recommend this product highly based on above !!!

Don't waste your money
The steam stopped completely after I had it a couple of months. I will buy another steam cleaner, but not a dirt devil product.

much better than a bucket of water and a mop
I will never go back to a regular mop. This is easy and dries fast. The only feature I do not like is the cord. It has a long cord but you must always be holding the cord. Don't leave the steamer in one place too long, it will make a mark on the floor. I have never used it on my hardwood floor, only the kitchen and bathroom floors. It only comes with one cleaning pad. I wish it had one more but they are available to purchase. For what I paid, it was well worth the money for my first steamer.

This product was poor quality
When I purchased this product it seemed to be exactly what I needed for m y small kitchen floor. Reasonably priced, I used it three times before it quick working. When I called the 800 # and was given the repair service nearest me, I was told it would be cheaper to buy a new one, rather than submit it for repair.
I was so disappointed as I love the design and the size, but there is something lacking in the machine steam process.
