good value at a reasonable price
the vacuum is more like a swiffer vacuum, but it works great. I have used the Haan steamers in the past, and this seems to be just as good a product as the more expensive ones.

Product is as described
So far I love this product! I haven't used it on carpets yet, but it does a great job on all my hard surface floors! Love the fact that it sweeps as it steams...one less thing to do. Good amount of steam but the floors don't get super-wet like they did with my previous steamer.

I am disappointed, did not perfom as expected
I viewed the info-commercial and it was what I wanted to care for my hardwood floors. Not much steam,,just wet floors and could not use the steamer any where else. I am now back in the market looking for one that works like I need.
