Nice pan but not induction cooktop ready.
This is a good pan at a great price. Being stainless steel, I thought it would work on my new induction cooktop; however, the "encapsulated bottom" contains aluminum so no go. It's still very functional on a regular stovetop--I like the clear lid--and you can't beat the price!

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT....
The frying pan and lid are the perfect size for making so many dishes that have vegetables and sauces. You are able to sauté and stir without having anything go over the sides. Great pan for the great price.

nICE BIG PAN BUT FLIMSY HANDLE
I use stainless steel for cooking and liked the size. But the handle is very flimsy and I'm sure it won't last long. It sure won't be able to handle a heavy skillet full of food

heavy, but best pan I own
I had been looking for a pan that will do just about everything and finally found it. This pan is a little heavy but the handle on the other side makes up for that. I love this pan!
