I like this item for what it is - a meatloaf pan. It is well made. It does keep the grease off the bottom of the loaf when cooking. This does leave it a bit drier. I love how you can lift it right out of the pan however I couldn't figure out how to get it off the lifter and onto a separate plate and cutting it on the lifter is easy enough but removing from the lifter once cut was not so easy. Messy. Comes with a little recipe book which was nice. The instructions do tell you that you have to spray the pan before placing meat inside the pan. I probably would buy again and it was on sale for a good price - $9.99.

This is a great product
This pan is great, I love it. I use it for everthing I can. The food makes a great presentation for my dinners.

Love it!
I just love meatloaf; and this is the perfect pan for that! Just be careful when you take it out of the oven to get the bottom pan. Your meatloaf sits on the top and out of the grease and goo. So, it's firm and good and probably a lot better for your health too. Great invention!

Exactly as described
This pan performs just as seen on TV. The meatloaf just slid off the tray. Clean up was a breeze. The grease in the bottom of the pan didn't leak out when it was cooking. I couldn't be happier.
