Color shown is not color shipped
It's okay. The color shown on the website was brushed silver. However, the product that was shipped to me was 90% black with strips of brushed silver on it. It's not the best toaster. The dial to make toast darker or lighter is not accurate. I bought another toaster for my father a year ago and this product resembled it. But this product is far inferior to the cooks toaster I bought my father.

Great value.
Nice style and works great. I especially like the cancel button for when
you want to pop up the toast before it's done. It even has a bagel setting.
Purchased at a great sale price too.

Excellent toaster! Easy to adjust brownness of toast.
I really like this toaster. The darkness of the toast is easy to adjust. I like the 2 "grippers" on each side of the bread that close up around it and make it stand straight up in the toaster for uniform brownness.

Nice toaster, had a very high end, expensive toaster and it failed. This toaster is a real good value for the price.

This product is easy to use.
Brought to replace broken toaster, this one is more user friendly, my children have no difficulty wth the settings, chrome finish fits in with my decor. Excellent choice

Perfect Toaster
This toaster will beautify your kitchen, with its stainless steel outer shell. This B & D toaster operates smoothly. The lever is easy to press down. The dark / light toasting knob is easy to turn. The extra blue, lit control buttons work perfectly, for their specific functions. The toast browns evenly on both sides of the toast, instead of only one side like my old toaster. This toaster is well- built, with its rubber feet underneath and its heavy weight; it holds in place. The cord is about 2 feet long, but you may add an extension cord if necessary. When your toast or bagels are done, the toast rises up without a lot of noise. I like the fact that your toast is not throw into the air after the toasting is done. You might have to push the lever up a little (manually) if your toast or bagels do not clear the top of the toaster when finished; I do not find that to be a problem. The last feature that I like is the crumb tray slides from the bottom rear of the toaster without having to turn the toaster over at all; all you have to do is slide the toaster away from the wall to remove and replace the crumb tray. This is the perfect toaster.
