Defective - Poor, poor workmanship!!
Ordered two (2) on two separate times, as a gift (and replacement gift) for my Lady. Both times came in defective - What are the odds?.....It won't be 3 out of 3 for me!!!! - certainly made me look cheap! Crystals fall off immediately!! One pendant the entire center fell out on floor when package was opened.!! Sorry for those who paid full price! Terrible construction/workmanship/quality control, etc.!!!!
