Pulling out the pot causes the filter/water system to open. Must pull directly out. Very inconvenient.

Carafe drips all over.
Clock only works in military time.
Went to clean mode after about 30 cycles (don't have hard water) Ran clean cycle 3 times will not clear.

Love it!
I have this coffee brewer (with a stainless carafe) and can't say enough good things about it. I appreciate the easy fill mechanism & the fact that coffee never gets a "burned" taste as with other models. The pouring spout never drips either.

I loved the fill from the front feature.
Unfortuneately, it made bad coffee. It was weak and not the way we like it. I wish more brands had the fill from the front feature. I hate to keep moving the coffeemaker forward to pour in the water and back to get it out of the way. I am still looking for another coffeemaker.
There isn't enough room under the upper cabinets to pour in the water in most coffeemakers.
