love these boots!
These boots are so comfy. I ordered a pair for myself and for each of my sisters. They're definitely our new favorites! Warm, durable, stylish and fit snug and don't slip off my feet when i walk. Definitely recommend!

Mis-matched size boots sent.
I had to rate poor because I purchased these boots for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She wears a wide size, but when these boots arrived, one boot was a medium width and one was a wide width. The very nice customer service rep. called several stores to get the correct width boots, but now, none available. So, I had to go out store shopping to find some boots close to these. Also, Now I have to send mis-matched boots back to Boscov's and I hope they pick up return shipping since this is their error!
