Very pretty and hangs nicely
When I first got them they seemed longer than I expected until I realized they have to be pulled up at the bottom. Once I hooked them up they are so nice and attractive they way they hang. I didn't need them really full and the size of one balloon is twice my window size and that was full enough for what I wanted.
