Velvety smooth skin I received a sample of this after a purchase of some makeup. I didn't use it right away because my skin was not dry. ..at least I didn't thnk so. After i applied this my skin just looked so refreshed all day. I didn't apply my makeup because my face was so glowiing with just the Moisture Surge. It is a bit costly for my purse at this time but i can't go without it. After my sample tube runs out i will buy it. I also bought it for a family members Christmas gift. they loved it too.
