owned 2, within 30 days both quit :(
we are on our 2nd grill, both quit after 3 and 4 times of use...very poor :(
I'm scared to even buy another model after this.

bought this product ten months ago, very disappointed the plates are rusty the timer gauge is gone it has had no abuse as its only myself that uses and cleans it not worth the money, had model 10099/GR30VTT for years never had any problems

Knocks out the fat with a right hook of flavour and an upper cut of delicious. Compared to a frying pan, food cooked on this grill actually tastes better; and it drains away most of the grease that your food would otherwise be soaking in. I am glad I purchased this grill. It cooks and cleans quickly and easily, I hope to get years of use out of it.

Disappointed
The hinge makes the top part of the grill weigh heavily on the food. Therefore, the top of the meat tends to burn. Also agree with another reviewer about the grease dripping off the back of the hinge. Had the product less than a year, when the non-stick surface started scraping off. Love the fact the plates go in the dishwasher, but was extremely disappointed in the overall product.

Excellent Product
have used different grills and by far this is the best one. Thinking of buying a higher end model now. Highly recommended.

This grill is great
I love this grill its very versatile, you can set the timer so you don't over cook your food i would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
