Disappointed
I ordered these online and they seemed great when they arrived and I tried them on. From the moment I walked out the door the first time wearing them they started to squeak (probably in the heel area). I returned them to the store and was willing to try another pair but they didn't have my size. Drives me crazy when shoes squeak.

Love the boots and hope they hold up well.
I find these boots fit well and are very comfortable as well as good looking. I would have rated their quality excellent but have not had them long enough to see how well they will hold up.

Gift
I gave these boots for a Christmas gift and my daughter in law loves them. She said they are comfortable and warm. The neutral color goes with anything and she can be dressed up or down wearing these boots. Bought them on sale so the price was great.

like walking on heaven
These boots provide warmth to your feet. Its like walking on clouds in heaven. The interior is soft and fluffy. I wanted boots that were similar to UGGS, and for the price I payed, these boots were worth it. These are like a cheaper version of UGGS.
