This is wonderful window film and heavily textured!
Artisian Sidelight Decorative Window Film is wonderful! It comes with easy to follow directions, and a grid to lay out your pattern. No special tools are necessary and it really only takes a few minutes to put these up- and they look great! If you've never tried a window film before, this is the one to try because it won't get any easier than this. This is just put on with mildly soapy water and squeege off. If you make a mistake, peel it off and re-do it as many times as you want. They stay up until you take them down - with just a tug at the edge, and can be put back up. NO glue- just static cling.
I didn't purchase them for sidelights, but for privacy and security in our basement and for small ground -floor windows (where someone might be able to peek in). I hung them horizontally to go with the flow of the windows, and they look like they were custom made.
Although the lines look fake close up, from a short distance they look like real lead glass.
I am so pleased with the way the harsh sun light is diffused by the window film, I'm going to do my hallway windows with it too!
