CUISINART COFFEE MAKER 12 CUPS the coffee maker was returned to the store as it had many faults.the cord for plugging it in was very short, didn't reach any outlet in my kitchen. didn't fit under the cabinets on the counter, because to fill it the lid went straight up, it needed to be pulled out for use eaCH TIME. ALSO WHEN I FINALLY STARTED THE MACHINE UP THE COFFEE CAME OUT LUKE WARM. PRICED AT OVER 100.00 DOLLARS, CUISINART SHOULD HAVE EXCELLENT QUALITY,DIDN'T January 18, 2013

I love this coffee maker! The water reservoir is a bit awkward, heavy, & requires two hands to remove, but once used to it, no other machine compares! It has every feature you could need and the water filter is an added bonus! It even has an automated coffee gauge that tells you how many cups are left so there is no more guesswork. The only things missing are a plain hot water function and a grinder, but that old carafe coffeemaker didn't have them either. The only thing that matters is you don't have to wipe up that spilled coffee or water every time you pour a cup of coffee because there is NO MORE POURING!!! January 17, 2012
