Perfect for busy people The large reservoir makes this product very convenient. The value comes with the extras...the reusable k cup, and the starter pack of coffees. I have priced these separately, and I saved a few dollars. Boscovs free shipping saved even more! I purchased this product as a gift for my father, but I use it, also. Very happy to find boscovs online since I no longer live near a store! This is a great product, especially if you don't drink much coffee, and don't want to wait for a pot to brew! April 27, 2013

Versatile and convenient to use! First, let me say I love this machine! This cofee/tea/other hot beverage maker is extremely easy to use and it stores up to 80 ounces of water in reserve. I like the way I can switch from coffee to hot water without having to take anything apart. The rinse feature is very nice, only uses about 4 ounces of water and does indeed, remove the taste of whatever was previously brewed. Another nice plus, it comes with a 12 sample pack of coffee and teas so you don't have to go out to the market right away (but you will probably want to because this machine is just so darn much fun to use) and, that 12 starter pack doesn't last very long. The only negative I can add is that considering what it does, and doesn't do, I think it is priced too high at over $200.00. My other Cuisinart coffeemaker didn't cost anywhere near that much and it stored as well as ground the beans for me. I guess the convience of using the very popular K-Pods is something one must pay for. Having said that, if you can get someone else to buy this machine for you, I think you will be very pleased with it's performance. December 13, 2011
