Best Cords ever!
Bought these on clearance. They are awesome. The expandable waist makes them a perfect fit even when my body expands/contracts a few pounds. The pants are very attractive and medium weight. I purchased the two colors they had in my size. Wish they had more colors to purchase at the great clearance price. Will have to search the web for a couple more colors of these great pants, but will likely have to pay a lot more.

Good for men in their eighties
The pants are very well made, but the real plus is the waist band that expands a couple of inches for little peaks to the waistline.
The fit is good.
