Love, love, love it!! Got this bag last week and although it's a little bigger than I thought it would be, I still LOVE it! The color is fabulous and it's perfect for spring and summer. Just so you know the very top of the bag is where the 11" measurement was taken. It tapers down to about 14" at the bottom so it's not a small bag if that's what you're looking for. Still gave it 5 stars because it's so pretty and has LOTS of room inside. :) April 12, 2013
