the product has to be improved.
Not a good product if you are looking for ease of use. It's a heavy machine and the several narrow tracks of the brush show up in the carpeting, The onboard tools look cheap. The only good feature is that it is bagged.

great!!!!
I clean homes for a living, and only use the Tempo, it is powerful, and easy to use on stairs and has all the tools on board!!!! I have had at least 20 of them over the years!!! Someone who is just buying it for their home, it should last forever!!!!
