These are the best for exercise and sleeping but they run small so get the next size up.

NOT "true to size"
While the price and quality of these shorts seems to be good, they are cut VERY SMALL. The length on the shorts would have been good had they fit my husband. We wil just have to give them to someone that they will fit. I gave them a" poor value" rating since they don't fit, but I would actually buy more IF they did fit, because the shorts, themselves, are nice. I would recommend them IF you order a size that will fit you.
