I've used your dish drainer for years, but
Recently the new drainers have had a slight change but has had a great impact on the ease of use of this product. You silverware drainer has been changed where the dividers at the bottom are shorter. By shortening the dividers I find it hard for my silverware to remain upright when drying. I have a hard time getting it to stand up straight and am constantly find pieces laying lengthwise in the bottom. Please consider changing back this feature for better use of your product.

good product!
I recommend this product very much. I bought one about 2 years ago and don't have any complaints about it. After all this time still look like new and I love it because is a space saver. The brush is amazing! I love Rubbermaid products!

Not what I expected.
I had a old very reliable large blue dish drain that finally wore out. What I wanted was a similar replacement from Rubbermaid. I could not find them at the store so I looked online. I thought I was purchasing a whole kit just to get the large drain board. What I got was a small dish drain package that was not large enough, more rigid than the old one and a lot of frustration. The shipping cost washes out the refund that is due. I won't be ordering online from Rubbermaid again.

excellent product
I am very pleased with my purchase. I love the fact that there are 4 pieces. Normally you would get only the drainer with silverware holder. The drainboard and brush would have to be purchased separately. I also like the fact that the drainboard is made slanted. In the past, I would have to put a folded towel under it so the water would drain.
My only disappointment is that I was unable to get a color to match my kitchen.

Dish drainer and tray
I was extremely disappointed in the lack of quality in these two items. I have been using Rubbermaid dishpans and drainers ever since I recieved them as a wedding shower gift 37 years ago. The drainer is so light weight that I keep bumping it away from the sink. The tray has no weight to it either. I would gladly twice as much to get the OLD Rubbermaid quality. Please keep me in mind if the company decides to go back to the real thing. In the mean time I bought a competitors product, it is not a lot better but it has a little more weight to it. Thank you for listening, I really would like to be able to find the old quality.

Dislike this product
I prefer the older larger dishracks and matching drainboard. I usually changed them every few years with a new color. Can't find a decent dishrack anywhere now! Can't really put my large soup pots or larger pans in this to drain. I have a dishwasher but can't put a lot in it. Don't like the black color. Don't need the extra "stuff" either.
