This deep fryer is the best bang for your buck. I love this deep fryer. I had one for about 20 years and for some reason it just started boiling over every time I went to cook something in it. I bought a new one and it did the same thing so I threw it out. I only used it twice. Here the problem is I was putting Canola Oil in it instead of Vegetable Oil. I bought another one and it works great. All this time I thought it was the fryer and it was the oil. This is the best fryer I ever owned. There are four of us in my family and it will make enough for four people in one batch. Love it, love it, love it. I'm glad I finally figured out what was going on that it kept boiling over.
