The cups will often come ajar, but it serves the purpose of keeping liquid and drinks hot or cold.
The thermo is of superb quality, however the cups are difficult to keep tighten once the liquid is inside and or the drink. There is likely a need to re-examine the actually top underneath the cups as the liquid or drink leaks out.
