Product cheaply made (cheap price) and leaked
I guess the old saying "You get what you pay for," is apt for this product. It was cheap in price and very cheap in quality. It leaked and the gaskets were worthless. Returned the 3 gravy boats purchased at the Dover, DE store. One bright note is that the customer service for this return was excellent.

Poor construction
The top doesn't fit properly, it leaked not just at the top but also the bottom. I tried to tighten the bottom to try to get the top to seal but it still leaked. I returned the item.

Disappointing product!
Cheaply made plastic product. Lid does not screw on properly. Stainless steel interior of bowl is extremely small. I regret purchasing this item.

it's looks cute...that's where it ends!
it's too small,holds only about 1 cup of liquid.. it leaks !! after tightning gasket and adjusting inner cup..it leaks...too much hassle returning it..will use it for trash !! Bummer :(

no happy with it, but wll keep it as it was too cheap to bother sending back
IT IS A LOT SMALLER THAN I THOUGHT IT WAS, WHEN I LOOKED AT IT IN PAPER IT SAID A LITER, NOT A CUP FULL...I WANTED A BIGGER ONE.
OH WELL THAT WILL TEACH ME.

poorly made; does the job
this product, while doing the job for my Thanksgiving dinner (68 people) is very poorly made. I would not want to have to use it often, as it would not holdl up. There were no directions. The bottom has an opening which looks like it should open. WHY?? You preheat the inner holding comparment; then drain and add gravy. I would have paid double for a better made product.
