you get what you pay for i got this funiture in may 2011 about 3 months later the loveseat seemed like you would sink in it i called they did send a repair man out and gave me a new one no problems the service was good. now it seems everything has really lost its cushion and the seats seem flat.i just feel it should keep its shape longer than a year.
