Great for sculpting arms and chest.
I love this weight! I was pleasantly surprised. When I first tried it I could only do it for 1 minute. It was harder than I imagined, but what a work-out! I can notice a difference in my arms and chest and it's only been 1 week!

Sore after one use.
I didn't think this lightweight weight could do anything until I did the 6 minute workout and went to bed sore.
