This product is an awesome purchase
The towels are larger than most and are very thick. I expected some little flimsy towels but I was more than pleasantly surprised at the quality.

Towels I received were defective
I ordered 8 of these towels in dark brown. When I got them, 5 were a nice, even dark color, but 3 of them had obviously been sitting in the sun. Overall they had faded so they were noticeably lighter than the other 5. Even worse, there was a very pale stripe down the center, probably where they got the most sun. I was able to return them to a store for a full refund, but still, this was a waste of my time not to mention the cost of my gas. I was very unhappy that Boscov's would send out such obviously damaged goods.

comfy towels
These towels are very absorbant, and comfy. My only issue is with the glacier blue towels turning a pale pea green after a few washings?

Decorative border shrinks severely
"Accentuated with a classic waffle weave dobby" - shall we say a shrinkage area? The first time I wash these "Contessa by Ashley Cooper" towels, I had a 2 inch shrinkage on the bottom border for the bath towel. I think they feel very thin for $16 MRSP towels as well. I am retunring these as they are obviously defective.

After 2 washings these towels are still pilling. I have to clean the tub and the floor every time we use the towels
I am not pleased at all with the quality. Love the color but something has to be done about the pilling. The lint all over the place is unacceptable. I have never had towels that pill so much, what can be done to correct this situation?
