This Hamilton Beach® 12 cup deep fryer can fry up to 8 cups of restaurant-quality chicken, fries, or onion rings in the comfort of your own home. You'll find it easy to use, even if you've never attempted to deep-fry food before. Simply preheat the oil until the green ready light comes on, fill the basket with food without overcrowding it, lower the basket into the oil, and cover it with the lid. When food is finished frying, hook the basket over the oil tank to easily remove excess oil from your food. For easy cleaning, the enamel-coated oil tank, cooking basket, and lid are dishwasher safe.
