Fall Session Begins Monday, September 15, 2008

Boscov’s invites you to come back to the classroom for the Fall session of our popular Campus of Courses!  Check over the courses listed, pick the ones you like, then register as soon as possible by completing the registration form below and mailing it to us.  Registrations by phone will be taken only for those who are using their Boscov’s Charge.  All classes must be paid for when registering.

This is a must if your child is attending college next fall and an excellent primer for those with young children. However, legislation enacted in 2001 transformed this little-known vehicle into one of the most attractive savings plans from a tax perspective.  But is it right for you and your family? And should existing college savings plans be converted? This seminar will be a comprehensive overview of the 529 Plan, exploring its Pros & Cons with other ways to save for college and examining the impact each has on qualifying for financial aid.

Are you behind in your retirement funding? No Problem - In this class you will learn how to use Morningstar, an independent mutual fund evaluation company, to design an asset allocation strategy that will help you retire. You will also be given a system that has beaten the S&P 500 for decades, with less risk! 55 ALIVE/MATURE DRIVING, AARP
This class is designed to deal with the special interests and needs of drivers over 50, including information that will help older persons update driving knowledge,  sharpen skills,  and remain on the road longer.   All New York State residents who complete the course will be eligible for a 10% discount on their liability and collision insurance premiums and up to 4 points removed from their license.   You must be over 50 to enroll in this course.
