Payment is required at the time of registration. Registration by phone can be taken only when

Monday, September 8, 2008. All classes
listed in this ad will be held in the auditorium unless otherwise
specified. Customers assume the risk
that classes may need to be cancelled or changed without prior notice for a
variety of circumstances including illness, weather and possible scheduling
errors. When possible we will contact
you in advance. You must provide two phone numbers with messaging
capability.
Register early – Classes are
limited in size and seating! . Mail-in
registration is accepted for complimentary classes, check or if you are using a
Boscov’s charge. Please mail registration to the location where you will attend
class. Materials fees should be paid
directly to the instructor at the first class.
Digital
Camera Basics, Shaun Collins
Do you have a digital camera and still
aren’t sure where to begin? Digital
camera basics class is a good place to start.
We will go over the possibilities of editing and creative ways you can
work with your digital photos. Please bring your camera. Classes are limited to 15 for maximum
individual attention.

AARP
Driver Safety Program
The AARP DSP is the nation’s first and
largest classroom refresher for motorists age 50 and older. Those who complete the two-session program
are eligible for up to a 10% reduction on their auto insurance and are also
eligible to take advantage of NYS Point Reduction Program. Classes are limited
to 25 students by the instructor. Fee for materials is $10.00. The only acceptable form of payment is
check or money order, payable to
AARP. SORRY, NO CHARGES OR CASH.

Security Guard Pre-Assignment Certification
Course , Theodore M.
Pettigrass, Securitall, INC.
The
NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services oversees and regulates the Security
Guard Program. For employment in the
field, an 8 hour pre-assignment class is required. This is the class you need to get hired as a
security guard in New York
State. The course includes an instruction booklet
and covers legal powers, limits and liability, use of force, ethics, situation
response, criminal procedure law and report writing. Upon successful completion of the part 1 and 2
(each are four hour classes) you will receive a certificate of completion and
your training certification will be filed with the Division of Criminal Justice
Services. The Classes are limited to 35 students. The fee is $50. The ONLY accepted form of payment is either a
check or money order made payable to Theodore M. Pettigrass.

Are you interested in learning to make
your own cards for every occasion? It is easy, fun and affordable! Everything
needed is provided at the workshop. We will be using the latest in stamping
(clear acrylix). Create cards that will include holiday and birthday. Also,
discover you can stamp more than just cards.

This is a fun workshop because there
are very few rules to making a floorcloth; they can be geometric, whimsical,
abstract, or like a painting for your floor. These canvas ‘rugs’ are very
durable and easy to care for. In these full day workshops you will cut the
canvas, basecoat it, apply and paint the design, and learn how to apply your
finish. Please bring a pail, cotton rags, posterboard for template, good
scissors, drawing paper, and a yardstick. Material fee includes canvas, chip brush, and acrylic paints. Material
