Cooking Demonstration Boscov’s Halloween Candy Exchange Boscov’s, in conjunction with
the Carroll Hospital Center Diabetes
Education Program, present the Halloween Candy Exchange Program, a special
treat for diabetic children ages 14 years and younger. When you go trick-or-treating in your
community this Halloween, you can exchange your bag of candy at Boscov’s
Courtesy Desk for a gift card to choose a game or toy. Children with diabetes may exchange their
candy at Boscov’s between Saturday, November 1 and
Saturday, November 8, 2008 only. Boscov’s hopes to make the lives of diabetic
children a little bit sweeter this Halloween, by providing them with this
special Halloween treat! Participants for this program
must pre-register through Register by filling out the
form below and mailing it to: Name_________________________________________ This program is only for
children (age 14 and under) with diabetes.
Registration form must be received by Monday, October 27, 2008. All information will be verified through
participating hospitals. Call for Coats Boscov’s
Westminster is now accepting new and gently used donations of infant to adult
outerwear as well as hats, gloves, and scarves to give to those in need. Drop off
your donations in the box located at the Courtesy Desk. Coats will
