Shipping Information

Boscov's Online utilizes a single shipping charge no matter how many different items on your order*. This method provides significant savings for you over other major retailers who charge by item and/or by weight. Your entire order may only be shipped to one address. Orders with multiple items will incur a single delivery fee determined by the highest priced shipping method required.

For all but the largest and heaviest of items, we ship via a standard ground carrier. Deliveries will be made to any home or office in the contiguous 48 United States (items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii ). We do not deliver to PO boxes. Most in stock items take 2-4 business days to process. Estimated delivery dates are calculated by the shipping provider and will be available in the tracking information.

*We will ship items to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, with the exception of those items that require Home Delivery Service or are indicated as being available Online Only.

*We reserve the right to levy a special shipping surcharge where a large number of items are ordered. Before levying such charge, we will contact you with the proposed amount of the charge. If you do not want to accept the surcharge, we will cancel your order without any penalty to you.

If, for any reason, you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us. We will replace it, exchange it, or refund the price that was paid (excluding shipping fees). Except as noted below, merchandise purchased on this site can be shipped to the address on your packing slip (this may be different for each shipment you receive) or to any Boscov's store within 90 days of purchase with the original packing slip included in your shipment and with all merchandising tags attached. Bring your return, along with the packing slip, to the store, where you can arrange an exchange (exchanges not available for On-line exclusive items) or return the item. *

Returning Boscovs.com Purchases

If sending an item back to us as permitted by our Return Policy, we recommend returning the item via the same method used to deliver your purchase (except for items which require Boscov's Home Delivery). The return address is specified on the packing slip included with your purchase. Please complete the return portion of the packing slip. Remember to insure your package and obtain a tracking number.
