The BergHOFF 10 inch chef’s knife is made from high quality and ice hardened stainless steel. This knife feature a soft grip handle with thermo plastic handles, is easily sharpened and holds its edge well. The handle is safe, high impact, slip resistant as well as antimicrobial and micro-organism safe. The knife is low temperature resistant and safe to use in the freezer.
