Built with recycled cast aluminum, the pan is coated with a sustainable and healthy non-toxic, PTFE free, PFAS free non-stick CeraGreen ceramic coating and equipped with a stay-cool handle. Excluding the silicone protector sleeves, all pots and pans of the BergHOFF Leo Phantom collection are suitable for use in the oven up to 400°F.
