The BergHOFF Scala non-stick 11-inch cast aluminum grill pan has a 3-layer Ferno ceramic coating that is non-stick, eco-friendly, and safe (PFOA and PTFE free). The coating is a high-temperature resistance coating that is suitable for all heat sources including induction. The pan has a detachable handle that stays cool which increases safety while cooking and saves kitchen space to minimal storage. The ridged surface prevents the food from simmering in its fats and sears in the typical grill marks. The ergonomic long handle stays cool on a stovetop. With a simple twist, the handle can be detached to allow the pan to be used in the oven. Multi-layered with non-stick coating for easy food release and effortless cleaning. Contains no lead and no cadmium.
