The Neo 8-inch forged chef's knife offers great balance and control thanks to their heavy bolsters for secure gripping. Due to the width and weight of the blade, the Neo chef's knife is also suitable as a cleaver. These knives are made from high quality steel and look as if they're cut from one single block of steel. The handles received a finish of black TPR contributing to the safety in use. A satin metal finish in combination with the black handle adds a refined look to the knives. A chef’s knife is the knife that’s most used in the kitchen. The upward curved tip allows rocking the knife for easy mincing on a cutting board.
