The BergHOFF Ergonomic 12 inch chef’s knife is made from high quality and ice hardened stainless steel. This knife features a white polypropylene handle with a checkered pattern and is easily sharpened and holds its edge well. The handle is safe, high impact, slip resistant and is antimicrobial and micro-organism safe. The knife is and low temperature resistant and safe to use in the freezer.Normal cleaning, hand wash in warm soapy water with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth.
